ChurchCallerHQ costs $29 per month for Starter, $79 per month for Growth, and $199 per month for Pro. Every plan is billed monthly and includes the click-to-call dialer, CSV contact import, call scripts, dispositions and reporting. There is no setup fee and no per-call charge.

Yes — every church gets 14 days of full access free, and no credit card is required to start. You are never charged automatically: billing only begins if you actively choose a plan. If the trial ends without a plan, calling pauses but your contacts, lists and call history are all kept.

The trial includes up to 1,000 contacts, 10 callers, 2 call managers and 5 call lists — enough for most churches to run a real campaign end to end. If your directory is larger than 1,000 contacts, email us before you import and we'll raise the limit for your trial.

It comes down to how many volunteers call and how big your directory is. A single connections team calling first-time guests usually fits Starter (5 callers, 1,500 contacts). A church running several campaigns with a rota of volunteers wants Growth (25 callers, 15,000 contacts). Pro is for multi-campus ministries that want unlimited seats and their own Twilio number.

The first campus is included in your plan. Each additional campus costs the same as your base plan — $29/mo on Starter, $79/mo on Growth, $199/mo on Pro — because an extra campus unlocks a full additional allotment of callers, contacts and lists, with its own separate data. Campus staff only see their own campus; the account owner sees them all.

No. Callers tap a contact and their own phone places the call, so there is nothing to configure and no per-minute charge from us. Churches on Pro that want to call from a single church number can connect their own Twilio account.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account — it opens the Stripe customer portal, so you manage the subscription directly. There is no contract and no cancellation fee.
