Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ChurchCallerHQ ("we") handles information when your church uses the Service.

Information we process

Account data: names, email addresses, and passwords (stored hashed) for the people on your team.

Church contact data: the contacts you import or create (names, phone numbers, emails, notes, call records). This belongs to your church.

Payment data: handled by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.

Usage data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

How we use it

We use this information solely to provide and support the Service — authenticating users, running call campaigns, generating reports, and processing subscriptions. We do not use your church's contact data for advertising.

We do not sell your data

We will never sell, rent, or trade your church's data or your contacts' personal information to third parties. This commitment is also reflected in the Data Protection & Non-Sale Agreement signed in-app.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of processors to run the Service, including Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Stripe (payments), and an email provider for transactional messages. They process data only on our instructions.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. On request or account closure, we will delete it within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

Security

Passwords are hashed, data is encrypted in transit, and access is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Your choices

Account administrators can edit or remove team members and contacts at any time. To request export or deletion of your church's data, contact your account administrator or our support contact.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be communicated through the Service.
